We are looking for agronomists, field officers, GIS analysts, sales staff and interns who want to work directly with farming communities.
Most of our roles are field roles. You will spend your time in Attock, Chakwal, Fateh Jang, Talagang and the surrounding districts, with farmers, not behind a desk. If you want agriculture work where the advice you give gets checked against a yield at the end of the season, this is that kind of job.

We employ and train youth from the districts we serve, and we deliberately recruit women into livestock, dairy, kitchen gardening and post-harvest roles. No child labour anywhere in our operations or our supply chain.
